Our website grants you 2 possible types of license to use the website design services and other services sold through our website by independent content providers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company, as follows:

a) Single use license

You may be granted a Single Use License in case of purchasing a website design service at a Non-Unique Price (monthly fee). It enables you to use the website under a domain name hosted by us.

b) Buyout purchase license

You may be granted a Buyout Purchase License in case of purchasing a website design at a Buyout Purchase Price. This type of license guarantees that you are the last person to whom Website Temple will provide its services for this website. After the buyout purchase occurs, the website is permanently removed from the Website Temple sales directory and is never available to other customers again. You can not redistribute or resell websites after Buyout Purchase Price but you can request all of the website’s source files, use them, and modify them.

4. Our refund policy

Since Website Temple is offering non-tangible, irrevocable services and goods we do not issue refunds after the order is completed, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any service or product at our site. We only make exceptions to this rule within our 30 days money back guarantee policy. Please review the process for canceling your account, and the entire refund policy for details and restrictions.
